Another Fall Season!

Here we go again…another fall season, and the beginning of a new round of monthly wine events. This year we’ll be tasting old wines, new wines, and perhaps some unusual wines. Again, we’ll have the companionship of friends with similar interests: a love of wine and good food to complement it, and an interest in learning more about various aspects of wine and the local wine industry. It Must Be Summer!

April Reality

As T.S. Eliot so aptly wrote, “April is the cruelest month, breeding Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing Memory and desire, stirring Dull roots with spring rain.” It stirs my memory, recalling a rainy-day April lunch at Greystone in Napa, sipping a 1992 Leonetti Cab, and having a strong desire to have it never end. On the Road Again
