Presenting “Meet the Winemakers Tasting”

Beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Please join us as we sample wines from three of the most recent wineries to open in our area, and meet the winemakers who made this happen.

We will be pouring:
Crayelle Cellers, with Craig Mitrakul: Syrah and Riesling.
37 Cellars, with Chuck Egner and Frank DeChaine: Trio and Chardonnay
Silvara Vineyards, with Gary Seidler: Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay

Learn about the winemakers, their stories of start-up, and their goals.

Food
Please bring an appropriate appetizer. Remember that olives, nuts, pickled foods, heavy salt are not winefriendly.

Note: a small plate of a slice of beef filet in red wine sauce will be served with the red wines. Beef by Chef Paul Massey; sauce by Saucier Joanne Saliby. Other red wine appetizers are welcome, as well as those complementing Chardonnay and Riesling.
